SPRINGBREAK

During spring break three friends and I rented a little beach house down in Gerringong, a little town a couple of hours south of Sydney. The evening we arrived we enjoyed a surf in the rain which was a lot of fun, we went to bed early in anticipation for the next morning of surfing and week ahead. The next morning we woke up, all had a large bowl of porridge and out to the sea we went; I was paddling out, got hit by the first wave, slid down my board and cut my finger. Two stitches later and two days out of the water, I was back on my board ready to go. All in all it was a great trip, and my surfing definitely progressed which was very satisfying.
